Tents and shacks. As winter set in, the residents
of Adapazari started to build wooden shacks like the one on the right to
replace their tents. Often the wood was salvaged from damaged buildings.
You can see an apartment block in the background that has sunk into the
ground like a ship into the water. 13th November 1999
